Terms and Conditions
Commission Orders
Commission orders for Bespoke items, Dolls Houses or Lighting Controllers will only be accepted after payment of a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total cost of the item.
Delivery Date
A delivery date for a commission order will be given when the order is accepted.
Payment Options
Cheque, Bankers Draft, Cash. Goods will be dispatched on clearance of funds.
Refund Policy
Commissions supplied to agreed specifications are refundable only at our discretion.
Damaged or faulty goods repaired or replaced as appropriate: return carriage costs credited to customer.
Other
Prices DO NOT include carriage. Orders are dispatched with our carriers unless we are notified otherwise.
Carriage price will be advised when order is accepted.
A pro-forma invoice will be sent and the order dispatched upon full payment.
Completed orders awaiting payment on pro-forma invoice, or collection, will only be kept for three weeks.
Currently we do not accept credit card payments.
The ownership of the goods does not pass to the buyer until full payment has been made.
All breakages or missing items during delivery must be reported verbally within 24 hours of delivery and in writing within four days.
