This room, in real size would be 12 ft x 15 ft (3.6m x 4.6m).

It is entered via a mahogany six-panel door with a brass doorknob. There are two; 12-pane windows, one looking out to the front of the house and the other looking out to the rear, the front window has a brass curtain rod, while the rear window has a wooden curtain pole. It has a large fireplace with a stone hearth and log irons filled with logs. Two lamps light the log basket, one gives a red glow and the other gives a flickering flame effect. There is a spit and drip tray in front of the fire. There is a centre light, which is an arrangement of three candles on a black iron wheel. The floor is made to look like pine planking. There is a moulded skirting board all round the room and a moulded coving around the ceiling. The ceiling is painted white with a centre moulding and the walls are painted pale blue.
